Kemuri was established as a bao shop in a night market stall in 2015. Lead by Hiroyuki (Hiro)Okubo who most recently held a position as head sommelier at Paper Daisy restaurant in Cabarita Beach, Kemuri offers baos and gyoza in backstreets of Carrara using locally supplied foods including free range eggs , chicken & growing own vegetable without pesticides. Gold Coast has a diversity of foods , meats and vegetables and we love to incorporate these nature gifts in our meals…….. also selected Wine , Sake & Japanese products such as whisky and beer.
